The staff was courteous and helpful.

Checkout experience was smooth but would recommend more payment options especially UPI.

The spread of the breakfast and dinner was very good with lots of options and the swimming pool was of a good size with a separate kids pool

Everything is so much perfect It's my wife bday we request for a cake they give very much fresh and yamii cake Food is excellent Room service and hotel active are good too.

We request extended our check-out for 2 hrs, they give us for 1 hrs. There is no complain,more happy if they extend more time. Our bed is 2 single bed they joint to make it one. We don't understand this poorness,if couple are there it's very uncomfort

pool was the only attraction

rooms were not as per the mark, there are hardly any indoor games which could be played, the overall experience was very mediocre

The service and food are excellent here. The food was really good for all cuisines.

Most of the things here are shut or unavailable due to the lockdown and pandemic. Bunch of construction work going on here as well.

Other portals like Goibibo are offering much lower rate ( approx 4000 less ) than booking.com. money already got deducted in our case

Breakfast and Dinner were excellent. Both choices of menu and taste were amazing.

1. Location of the resort is the worst I have ever seen. It's situated right in the middle of the village offering moderate views unlike other lower priced resorts.2. People from surrounding village are employed inside the resort, who are seen roaming inside the resort without proper uniforms. This isn't what a so called 5 star property should look like and thus it makes the ambience like just another local hotel.3. Furniture, doors, Almira etc inside the rooms are old and not well maintained and no where close to other Radisson hotels.4. Rates are what you pay for a 5 star and ambience, facilities are what you get in a regular 3 star.5. They rent out the resort for corporate events, wedding functions etc without caring for the privacy of other regular guests.

I found a lizard in my room and had to wait for someone to come sort it was not given a change in room

The location of the property was amazing and the area Radisson covered at the location was exceptional. The facilities for kids like the play area and the FUN PARK was fun for the kids. Overall, it seems Radisson did a great job with the location and amenities provided by them.

Our room i.e. Superior room with balcony had issues. We had to change the rooms thrice in the 2 nights we were staying. The first room had a shorter matteress compared to the bed size . We had gone with a 5 year old, so it was difficult adjusting even though we had booked a king size bed. The second room again had issue with the bed as the spring of the matteress was worn out and made noise even when we sat on it. Our entire night's sleep got disturbed with it. All basic things of luxury hotels were satisfied like huge villa , convenient parking, valet, hassle free checking , cleanliness, both breakfast and dinner buffet were awesome ? TV in hall plus both bedrooms were great

However, when we entered the villa, our intercom was not working so we have to physically call the service person working at neighboring villa, because we could not call buggy to go for hi-tea . Since We were not provided any kind of map or resort tour on arrival..we didn't know the road to reception. Further, we were not made aware what are acitivities included in our stay package and what are chargeable.... if somebody explains all the activities available at resort then much time will be saved in exploring.., in my opinion. (This we had experienced in very good way at Chennai Radisson blu..they provided us the detailed schedule on arrival) . Also the villa that was allotted to us was on road side ..it had partial view of awesome green hills but that view was hidden behind the school building and it's buses parked right on road outside our villa. Also Safety wise , our villa's master bedroom terrace lock was not working ..it was scary from security point of view considering we had just one wall of 8 ft between our villa and main road. ? Luxury villa location should have been near the pool side but only one-bedroom rooms were near the poolside. ?

Good location, awesome food and the presidential tents were quite spacious and apt for a family stay.

The intercom was not working properly. Though they tried to fix it but not much improvement.

Nice location. Good room. Multiple swimming pools. Kids play area including a trampoline park, indoor play area, bowling alley and arcade games. Multiple choice of restaurants.

Food quality needs to improve by leaps and bounds in all restaurants. Food is just average. No matter which restaurant you try.

Non veg option in dinner was less and taste was not goodThe Common bathroom was stinking and the pot was not cleaned properly.Reaching the place was difficult, roads were not good.
